Great location for exploring the old quarter and in walking distance of the train station. Staff very eager to assist with any queries and organise tours.
In some rooms the shower is in an enclosed area with the toilet - the whole area gets wet when one takes a shower. You then must wear the slippers provided to access the toilet as the floor is wet. The actual tours organised by the hotel did not fully match the itinerary.

Extensive and savoury breakfast with Good food options and efficient staff. Location just off the old quarter, all tourist spots and the restaurant next door called Bun Bo Nam Bo-food. Plus, 5 minutes drive from a multi - purpose stadium...

My husband and I were made to feel very at home by the friendliness, courtesy and helpfulness of the hotel staff especially Mr. Viet Nguyen the director of Vega Tours, his wife Mdm. Ahn the manager, and the rest of the staff especially Tu and Ha. A very big thank you to all of you for making our stay so pleasant and memorable. It was very helpful and convenient that the hotel is linked to Vega Tours, from which we booked our tours to Sapa and Halong Bay. The tours were very well organised and when we came back to the hotel by train from Sapa, we were allowed to check in at about 6.30 a.m., which was very convenient! The hotel is also in a good location and I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel and Vega Tours to all my friends who are going to Hanoi.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, without being invasive. They even took me to a place where I could buy an adapter for my computer charging cord! The restaurant is only open for breakfast, serving an omelet so delicious that I chose it every day. The hotel is in a great location. It is within walking distance of market type shopping, a super selection of restaurants, and the park, lake and water puppet theatre. I was on my own for the first day, but felt quite safe walking the streets and exploring late into the evening.
